Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Training Instructor with expertise in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Lifting Operations to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on industry experience, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accredited and in-house HSE and Lifting Operations training (theory & practical).
- Conduct competency assessments in line with industry standards.
- Develop and update training materials to reflect current regulations and best practices.
- Ensure all training is conducted in a safe, compliant, and engaging manner.
- Maintain training equipment and facilities in top condition.
- Maintain accurate training records, assessment results, and certification documentation
- Ensure all training activities comply with JC International’s quality management system, HSE policies, and relevant legislation.
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in HSE and lifting regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or B.Ed in any science discipline.
- Recognized certifications in Lifting Operations & HSE (e.g., LEEA, NEBOSH, IOSH etc.).
- Minimum 6 years’ instructional experience in lifting/rigging.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
