- We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive with a strong background in Engineering marketing.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of the company’s products, services, and market trends.
- With the ability to identify business opportunities, build client-stakeholder relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating quotations.
- Lead follow-ups
- Customer management
- Onboarding of new customers
- Handle Inquiry calls
- Place Campaign calls to customers (Win-back, referrals, etc.)
- Place monthly calls to assigned customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A B.Sc in Business Administration is equivalent to an engineering degree or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in tele-sales or account management in the engineering sector.
- Proven experience in tele-sales or marketing within the engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of engineering products and services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
Benefits / Packages
- Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
- HMO.
