We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Telegram Operations Specialist
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting, announcements, and community engagement in our Telegram channel.
- Create, schedule, and optimize promotional campaigns (polls, giveaways, contests, betting-related promos).
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely and relevant posts.
- Suggest new ideas to boost channel growth, engagement, and sign-ups.
- Monitor competitor channels and share insights with the team.
- Track results of promotions (engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare simple weekly reports.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and professionalism during the remote work setup/work-from-home
- Familiar with campaign tracking (Telegram analytics, link tracking, Google Sheets/Excel)
- With relevant experience in betting, sports content, or affiliate marketing.
- Applications with no experience in the above-mentioned field will be ignored
- Knowledgeable with local football and betting culture.
- Experience running or moderating Telegram groups/channels.
Salary
USD200 – USD300 / Month (NGN300,000-NGN465,000 approx.monthly) with performance bonuses.
