Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-up

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize campaign strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or direct sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
