- We are seeking a serious and detailed person as a Ticketing and Reservation Officer to assist customers with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel services, while also providing excellent customer service and resolving issues related to reservations and ticketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Answer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues related to reservations and ticketing.
- Accurately and efficiently process bookings using computerized reservation systems, ensuring compliance with airline and hotel policies.
- Issue and confirm flight, train, or event tickets accurately, ensuring all customer information is correct.
- Process payments, handle refunds, and address payment-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and ticketing-related paperwork.
- Help passengers plan their trips by answering questions on travel arrangements, such as routes and time schedules.
- Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
- Ensure a seamless booking experience for clients while maximizing sales and revenue for the travel agency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- BSc / HND in Business Admin or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related work experience
- Excellent communication and reporting skill
- Certified travel associate (CTA) or certified travel counselor (CTC), preferred.
- Experience working travel industries.
- Proficiency with Local and International Ticketing Software
- Customer-service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Data entry experience.
- Flexible working hours.
