Our oils are used as a healthy cooking medium. Soybean meal and palm kernel de-oiled cake are used in premier poultry / animal feed.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Transport Supervisor

Location: Anambra

Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • To ensure the necessary documents before loading and offloading.
  • To communicate within departments for planning, administrative and other general management issues, which will include the day-to-day operations and timely dispatch strategy.
  • Customer Relationships – To develop a good network of transporters to ensure timely vehicles, and get the best prices and services. 
  • Duties include the following, measurable in terms of time, cost, quality or quantity.
  • Day-to-Day Management – To ensure daily / weekly plans are made and achieved for transport movement and other support operations with minimum or zero deviation.
  • To have regular input on transport freight and other related information to plan your costings accordingly.
  • To supervise on consumption of diesel, the log book and the movement of drivers and vehicles.
  • Reporting – To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree
  • Relevant experience of a minimum of 5 years would be needed.
  • Well-versed with MS Excel.
  • As per the need of the business, the job is transferable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.
  •  Must have managed fleet operations of a minimum of 50 commercial vehicles in a manufacturing or transport company.

Salary

N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
