- We’re hiring a Life Manager to lead a team of Life Planners (sales agents) in driving life insurance sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a team of Life Planners
- Train, motivate, and support team performance
- Drive new business growth and achieve monthly targets
- Monitor field activities and ensure compliance
- Report regularly to the Branch Manager.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 – 3 years of experience.
Salary
