- As an usher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of events by assisting guests, providing directions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide guests at events, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide information and assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure crowd control and maintain order as needed.
- Support event organizers with seating arrangements and guest management.
- Follow event protocols and maintain a presentable appearance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a well-spoken manner.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours.
- Prior ushering or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to handle guests professionally.
