Specific Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties, among others, in the Finance Division:
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
- Conduct financial and cost analysis.
- Prepare reports for Council meetings.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Supervise all Accounts staff in his/her office.
- Oversee the input and management of financial data and reports for the Council.
- Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budgetary controls.
- Advise on cost reduction strategies and cash flow improvement.
- Liaise with Internal and External Auditors during audit exercises.
- Serve as a statutory member of the designated Management Committees.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Office.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any other related course of study with at least Second Class Lower Division.
- Have at least three (3) years post-NYSC professional experience.
- Be an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK)/ Institute of Chartered Accountants, UK (ACA); Be able to use at least one Accounting Package.

- Provide effective clinical management of staff, including diagnosis, investigations, treatment, and follow-up.
- Offer clinical counselling services
- Conduct medical assessments and maintain proper documentation.
- Deliver health education seminars.

Qualifications and Experience

- A Degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognised University.
- Full registration with the MDCN.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be assigned duties in the Audit Department of the WAEC International Office, Lagos and will be required to assist in:
- Evaluating Internal Control and making recommendations on improvements. Evaluating the reliability, sufficiency and validity of accounting and relevant data (Information).
- Objectively assessing IT/business process, identify shortfalls and gaps.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, relevant Laws and statutes.
