Job description: Job Description:Our client, a reputable FMCG brand in Nigeria, is seeking Van Sales Representatives to drive sales growth, enhance distribution, and maximize product presence in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesVan Sales & Merchandising: Sell and deliver products directly to assigned customers along designated routes.Sales & Stock Management: Maintain accurate van stock records and apply FIFO to reduce expired goods.Route & Activity Tracking: Follow assigned delivery and sales routes to maximize customer coverage.Reporting & Analytics: Record sales, stock movements, and customer visits through the Account Manager App.Tools & Technology: Proficiently use TradeDepot’s Account Manager App to perform daily van sales activities.Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve daily route completion and meet sales targets consistently.Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND qualification or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
- Previous experience as a van sales representative, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Must own a smartphone with proficiency in smartphone applications, especially data capturing and inventory management apps.
