Job Title: Virtual Accountant

Job Summary
- As a Virtual Accountant, you’ll be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial guidance and support to our team.
- You’ll work remotely and collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely financial management
- Provide financial guidance and support to the team
- Conduct financial analysis and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable internet connection and suitable computer equipment
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting
- Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting
