Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry
- Manage tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related field
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain confidentiality
