Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager, based in Lagos Mainland.
- The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations, including stock control, inventory management, and ensuring operational efficiency within the warehouse.
- Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, implementing safety standards, coordinating logistics timelines, managing teams, and ensuring operational compliance with company policies. The role will also involve optimising processes to support seamless supply chain activities.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences with professional experience in warehouse operations and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Operations Management, including warehouse planning and execution
- Experience with Forklift Operation and other warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage warehouse teams effectively
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards within warehousing
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or professional Certification in Supply Chain Management
- Proven skills in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
