Pack ’N’ Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers. Pack ‘N’ Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her e-commerce website on March 1st 2021.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Position: Warehouse Manager
Job Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Manages a team of warehouse staff, including training, development and performance management.
- Oversees overall warehouse operations such as optimization of warehouse procedures and maximization of warehouse space.
- Responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, decison making and cost control regarding the warehouse.
- Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and damage free goods.
- Maintain communication with suppliers and shipment carriers.
- Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems including cycle counts and stock takes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, rules and regulations.
- States out tasks, workflows and schedules.
- Reconcilliation of discrepancies during cycle count with required team (warehouse and control).
- Other assigned duties
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 – 7 years of experience as warehouse manager or supervisor
- Skilled in MS Office Excel with strong numerical proficiency.
- Team management and Leadershipskills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Onsite work location in Port Harcourt.
