Job Title: Accountant
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Objective of the Job
- The objective of this role is to assist in ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner, maintain accurate data, assist in administrative functions and nurture positive relationships with staff and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily accounting activities in the organisation
- Assist in preparing and examining financial records, ensuring that records are accurate
- Assist in reporting financial status to the Management and managing accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in answering and responding to customers’ inquiries
- Build customer relationships
- Assist and support in processing payroll records
- Prevention of errors and fraud
- Assist in cross-checking daily reports from our organisations
- Assist in handling Petty Cash
- Deputise in the absence of the Senior Accountant
- Assist in reconciling the company’s POS statements
- Assist in managing office supplies stock and placing orders
- Assist in preparing regular financial and administrative reports (expenses and office budget)
- Assist and support shops & sales teams to maximise revenues
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A University Degree or HND in Accounting or a related field.
- A year post-NYSC working experience
- Professional qualification is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly Net, depending on skills and experience.
