Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant with over 4 years of professional experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support our office operations, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, performing office errands, and maintaining efficient office systems.
  • The candidate must possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to drive when necessary.
  • This is a full-time salaried position offering a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide support for meetings, including preparation of agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring all meeting logistics are in place.
  • Assist in the preparation of office budgets and track expenses.
  • Handle general office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate office errands, including picking up or delivering items, documents, and other administrative tasks.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving as required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in office management or executive assistance is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to travel locally when required.

  • Competitive salary range based on experience.

Salary

N150,000 – N250,000 (based on experience).
