- We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Supervisor with an architectural background to plan, organize, and oversee all installation processes, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site installations to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and deadlines.
- Work with the installation team to maintain productivity, safety, and efficiency on-site.
- Help communicate project updates and address client concerns under the direction of the Project Supervisor.
- Observe and report on installation standards to support quality assurance efforts.
- Conduct daily performance reviews at the site and report back to the Project Supervisor on progress and challenges.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance delivery.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Architecture or any other relevant discipline.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing or architecture.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in project supervision and management.
