About the Role
You will support planning tasks across facility projects. Your work will help maintain schedules, track resources and support coordination across multiple teams. You will join daily calls, respond to changes and help keep each project on track.
Key tasks include.
• Manage integrated schedules for assigned projects.
• Track resources and help identify critical paths.
• Work with project managers, engineering, operations and planning teams.
• Update schedules and respond to changes or issues.
• Join daily meetings and provide status updates.
• Support work control steps, including flight paper reviews from start to finish.
• Use Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to maintain schedules.
• Use Maximo and other tools to support planning tasks.
Requirements
This role calls for strong organization and steady communication.
Main needs include.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering or a similar field and at least three years of related experience.
• Or seven years of work in planning, scheduling or project control.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders and platforms.
• Ability to work in tight spaces.
• Ability to move across uneven surfaces indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to use computers, scanners and office tools.
• Ability to work eight hour shifts, five days a week.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Clear and accurate communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet drug free rules.
• Ability to travel for project needs.
• Valid Florida CDL with needed endorsements.
• Strong teamwork and a positive work style.
Work Environment
You will work across many locations at the center. Tasks will take place inside and outside. All work must follow NASA and company safety rules.
