Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Rumuomasi – Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary
- The Front Desk/Administrative Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors.
- The role involves managing front office operations, providing administrative support to the general operations of the company, coordinating office logistics, handling communication, and ensuring a professional and well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and training participants in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain visitor and training attendance records.
- Provide information about company services, training schedules, and programs.
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and documenting manpower training and development programs.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management as required.
- Assist in disseminating information on training schedules
- Maintain contact databases of clients, trainees, and partners.
- Support marketing communication.
- Support preparation of training materials, handouts, and certificates.
- Manage correspondence (letters, memos, emails, reports) and maintain filing systems.
- Coordinate office logistics including meeting arrangements, catering, and refreshments.
- Track and update staff attendance, leave records, and related admin reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office environment.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, training materials, and consumables; raise requisitions for replenishment.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned to ensure smooth office and training operations.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND qualification with 2 years relevant work experience.
