We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Rumuomasi – Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Front Desk/Administrative Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors.
  • The role involves managing front office operations, providing administrative support to the general operations of the company, coordinating office logistics, handling communication, and ensuring a professional and well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and training participants in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain visitor and training attendance records.
  • Provide information about company services, training schedules, and programs.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and documenting manpower training and development programs.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management as required.
  • Assist in disseminating information on training schedules
  • Maintain contact databases of clients, trainees, and partners.
  • Support marketing communication.
  • Support preparation of training materials, handouts, and certificates.
  • Manage correspondence (letters, memos, emails, reports) and maintain filing systems.
  • Coordinate office logistics including meeting arrangements, catering, and refreshments.
  • Track and update staff attendance, leave records, and related admin reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office environment.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, training materials, and consumables; raise requisitions for replenishment.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned to ensure smooth office and training operations.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND qualification with 2 years relevant work experience.

Salary

To be agreed upon during interview.
