Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an HR/Crewing Officer, located in Lekki.
- The HR/Crewing Officer will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating crewing activities, and overseeing operations management.
- Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining crew schedules, handling crew-related communications, and supporting the overall ship management operations.
- The HR/Crewing Officer will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Operations Management and Ship Management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Experience in the offshore Oil and Gas, Marine industry is a plus
- Managing Crews and Crewing skills
