Job Summary
- We’re hiring a hands-on, highly organised HR project coordinator to lead the clean-up, standardisation, and alignment of our global HR infrastructure, from systems and templates to onboarding and compliance.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the alignment of employee records and documentation in BambooHR
- Build visa tracking and right-to-work compliance tools
- Standardise onboarding checklists and global induction content
- Clean up recruitment system templates in Workable
- Track project progress and report weekly to the HR team in London
- Support onboarding and documentation for our graduate programme
- Audit and improve contracts, letters, and policy templates
- Create one-page benefits summaries by location
- Reorganise SharePoint for structure, version control, and accessibility
Requirements
- Has 1–3 years’ experience in HR admin or coordination
- Is exceptionally detail-oriented and structured
- Communicates clearly and works well with remote teams
- Is familiar with BambooHR, SharePoint, and Workable (or eager to learn)
- Can manage multiple projects independently and proactively
- Thrives on tidy systems and clear documentation
