The ideal candidate will have a robust background in network infrastructure, security best practices, and cloud administration, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments. You will play a key role in maintaining and securing our IT systems, ensuring compliance with security policies, and collaborating with IT teams to implement new solutions.The candidate will be part of our IT team.Key responsibilities:· Architect, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure solutions.· Lead Azure cloud administration, optimizing performance, cost, and security.· Oversee and enhance Active Directory environments, including identity management and access control.· Develop and enforce IT security policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.· Collaborate to implement new technologies and system enhancements.· Provide technical mentorship to junior IT staff and contribute to IT strategy development.Skills and Qualifications:Must-Have:· Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or higher, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)· At least 5 years of experience in network infrastructure management and security best practices.· Hands-on experience with Azure administration and cloud solutions.· Proficiency in Active Directory administration and maintenance· Ability to ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements· Proven track record of leading IT transformation projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Nice-to-Have:· Experience in procurement and vendor management to optimize IT resources and cost efficiency.· Proven ability to manage IT budgets effectively at a national or regional level.· Exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.Soft Skills:· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting· Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills· Capable of working independently while aligning with global IT strategies· Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive IT initiatives and improvements.· A continuous learning mindset, staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Why join us?· Be part of a legacy of excellence.
