Job description: *Medical Laboratory Scientist*Location: Ikorodu, LagosJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: 200,000 – 250,000 Monthly (Net)Experience: 2-4 YearsAccommodation: Provided*Job Summary*We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our diagnostic healthcare team in Ikorodu, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of laboratory tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented and passionate about laboratory excellence. Accommodation will be provided to the successful candidate.*Key Responsibilities*

• Perform routine and advanced laboratory tests on various specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).

• Analyze results, ensure accuracy, and report findings to physicians.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Ensure proper documentation, storage, and handling of samples and records.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with laboratory standards.

• Participate in internal quality control and external quality assurance programs.

• Ensure compliance with all medical and laboratory safety protocols.

• Maintain adequate inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.

*Qualifications & Requirements*

• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) from a recognized institution.

• Must possess a current practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory.

• Proficiency in laboratory software and equipment usage.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Must be able to live and work in Ikorodu accommodation is provided for this role.
