• ‎We are seeking for a Credit Officer to manage and support our microfinance groups, ensuring effective credit delivery, savings mobilization, and group development.
• The ideal candidate should have experience working with NGOs/CBOs and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Job Description

• ‎Ability to manage different groups weekly
• ‎Ensure proper group formation and documentation
• ‎Collect savings and loan repayments
• ‎Monitor credit utilization and track group meetings
• ‎Prepare periodic savings and credit plans for groups
• ‎Address group needs and complaints
• ‎Maintain accurate records and credit officer’s register
• ‎Participate in office meetings and follow up on tasks.

Key Requirements

• ‎‎Relevant Degree / certification (OND / NCE / HND / BSc)
• ‎Minimum of one year experience in financial/business management
• Should reside within Bauchi State
• ‎Candidates should possess a minimum of Diploma in accounting or Business management
• ‎Age group: between 25-35 years in age
• ‎Experience working with NGOs/CBOs
• ‎Basic digital literacy
• ‎Language proficiency in Hausa and English.
