About the Role:
As part of our expansion at Teenee Todds, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director of School. This is a high-level role requiring exceptional organisational, communication, and strategic support skills. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient management of the Director’s priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, including agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups on action points.
  • Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, preparing summaries, and tracking progress on key projects.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Manage confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate the Director’s needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-level support role, preferably in an educational or professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Googleworkspace and other relevant office software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting a Director or senior leadership team.
  • Knowledge of the education sector is an advantage.
