Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within the company premises or assigned property. The role ensures a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for staff, visitors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas regularly.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage after use.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with basic errands or support tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and time management skills.
