Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role in Nigeria for an Information Technology Support Officer. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of desktop computers, printers, and other IT assets.
• Additional responsibilities include performing regular system updates, ensuring cybersecurity protection, and assisting team members with IT-related queries and training.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Technical Support, Information Technology, and related IT systems
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting techniques to resolve software and hardware issues efficiently
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Industry certifications (such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent) are an advantage
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
