- The Warehouse and Distribution Manager is responsible for the efficient, safe, and cost-effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of Chivita|Hollandia products. The role drives inventory accuracy, transport efficiency, and productivity by coordinating warehouse operations, fleet activities, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure smooth, on-time distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality, Health, Safety & Compliance: Lead first-level implementation and compliance with QHSE, GMP, food safety, warehouse safety, yard management, life-saving rules, and fleet/route-to-market logistics standards, ensuring full regulatory and internal compliance.
- Warehouse & Distribution Operations: Drive day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations in line with Supply Chain strategy, ensuring inventory accuracy, security, OTIF/CFR performance, and on-time material availability.
- Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow while minimizing risks of loss, theft, downtime, and ageing stock through strong controls and preventative maintenance.
- Customer & Service Delivery: Ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch operations that consistently deliver high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead performance reviews, CAPA implementation, benchmarking, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
- Financial & Cost Management: Manage the warehouse operating budget, lead annual planning, control costs across freight, maintenance, equipment, and fleet, and deliver targeted efficiency savings.
- People & Stakeholder Management: Build a capable, engaged warehouse team through coaching, training, and succession planning, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Education, Knowledge & Experience:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
- 5–7 years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations, preferably across Warehouse, Inventory, and Distribution Management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics operations.
- Good data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to draw insights that support operational and business decisions.

About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Advisor to support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services. This role is critical in ensuring seamless payroll operations, attendance management, and employee query resolution while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Payroll Manager in day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all employee salaries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries, collaborating with HR and Finance to resolve issues promptly.
- Manage payroll data validation and preparation using Microsoft Dynamics and ensure the timely distribution of electronic payslips via Paymaster.
- Oversee the monthly processing of NYSC and Industrial Training (IT) allowances.
- Maintain and reconcile employees attendance and leave records in the HR Systems, ensuring accurate integration into payroll.
- Monitor biometric attendance systems, generate reports, and ensure compliance with timekeeping policies to support accurate payroll computation.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Social Sciences or related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll administration experience (FMCG or multi-site environment preferred).
- Proficiency with HR/Payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
- CIPM or other HR professional certification is an added advantage.
