Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
• Draft and review contracts and agreements
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal risks
• Develop internal policies and support corporate governance
• Liaise with regulators and external counsel
• Represent the company in legal matters
• Knowledge of taxation is an added advantage

Requirements

• LL.B and BL (called to the Nigerian Bar)
• 4-5 years’ post-call experience
• Strong corporate/commercial law background
• Oil & Gas experience is a plus
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
