- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Record call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure database accuracy and segmentation.
- Understand market trends to communicate effectively with clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
- Contribute to overall sales pipeline growth.
