Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for operational activities.
• Assist in regulatory compliance, health & safety standards, and quality control.
• Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and clients to maintain strong business relationships.
• Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while minimizing operational costs.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role (experience in chandling or FMCG processing is a plus).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must reside around abuloma or trans amadi axis.
