Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
Business development and sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Educate prospective customers on the company’sservices, emphasizing how they solve specific customer needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Calculate and deliver pricing forservices, in conjunction with the finance team,based on client requirements.
- Finalize pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients.
Account management and coordination:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Act as a liaison between the client and operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding services.
Market knowledge and strategy:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Assist in preparing business plans and sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, such as business administration, marketing, or management.
- 5 years of minimum experience.
- A masters degree in any of the above disciplines is an added advantage.
