Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa salon.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, manage staff schedules, monitor service quality, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate salon staff, ensuring professional service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain quality service and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Monitor daily operations, including client appointments and service standards.
- Manage stock levels for salon products and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a salon or spa.
- Knowledge of salon/spa operations and customer service excellence.
- Must reside in Abuja.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
