• Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Technical Assistant to the CEO in the Oil and Gas Engineering and Construction sector.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, technical, and administrative support to the executive leadership.
• The role demands a seasoned engineer with industry expertise to drive decision-making processes and ensure the smooth execution of technical initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert technical and analytical support to the CEO in decision-making, operations, and strategic planning.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of high-impact technical projects aligned with the company’s goals.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track deliverables.
• Manage communication with industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.
• Support the CEO in business development strategies and key negotiations.
• Participate technical research, feasibility assessments, and risk analyses for proposed technical initiatives.
• Participate in preparation and review of technical presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIRED

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent technical report writing and presentation skills.
• Awareness of project management
• Commitment to continuous learning and development is highly valued.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years as a Technical Assistant, with at least 8 years in the oil and gas sector.
