Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to oversee daily operational activities, ensure smooth production and administrative processes, and support overall business efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will coordinate operations, monitor performance, maintain compliance with company standards, and drive continuous process improvement in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Ensure smooth workflow across production, warehouse, and administrative functions
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movement and replenishment
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of operational activities
• Monitor the performance of operational staff and support issue resolution
• Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies to achieve business goals
• Handle operational challenges and recommend effective solutions

Requirements

• BSc / HND qualifications in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2–3 years of operations experience, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and  work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
